In The Nebraska City Small Business Incubator, startup companies and owners have access to business coaching and mentoring assistance through SCC’s Entrepreneurship program.
SCC’s seasoned business coaches use their skills to assist new entrepreneurs and business owners who want to take their business to the next level or who are just getting started. The Nebraska City Small Business Incubator offers networking opportunities with other entrepreneurs, as well as below market rate office space.
A great feature of The Nebraska City Small Business Incubator , collaboratively with SCC’s Entrepreneurship Center, is the specialized coaching program which includes three stages:

- Incubator membership Acceptance
- Training, Mentoring & Networking
Who Is The Nebraska City Small Business Incubator?
This is a collaborative effort with Southeast Community College’s Entrepreneurship Center Business Incubator and Nebraska City Area Economic Development Corporation in bringing The Nebraska City Small Business Incubator to Nebraska City. Housed on the 2nd floor of American National Bank, this partnership brings mentoring and business coaching to a new level in the region.
This economic development vehicle is designed to foster the growth and success of entrepreneurial businesses by providing a flexible facility with an array of services and resources for developing a prosperous business.
The Nebraska City Small Business Incubator offers its clients:
- Customized training and coaching for your business’s growth needs
- Shared business support
- Networking opportunities
- Interaction with Southeast Community College Entrepreneurship Center faculty and Nebraska City Area Economic Development Corporation
- Coaches and mentors to help with development, growth, and beyond
- Rent below market rates, based on the size of the office
Facility
A professional office in downtown Nebraska City located on the 2nd floor of American Na-tional Bank (ANB) at 920 Central Avenue. The professional setting offers a professional face for your business. Each suite is equipped with a desk and chair, utilities (lights, heat and air conditioning) are included in your rent, and access to a shared conference room. The building is open during business hours, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., but you will have 24/7 access to your secured office through locked doors. Phone and internet are the responsibility of tenant. Copier services available upon request.
Virtual Incubation
Virtual incubation offers you the opportunity to stay in your facility while accessing all of the training and coaching opportunities through SCC for a small monthly fee
